Victor Film Co creates films that craft powerful narratives and beautifully represents the stories of their clientele. Founded by independent filmmaker Christian Ely, Victor Film Co needed a clearly defined visual identity that separated Christian from his personal brand, while reflecting his high quality of work and expertise.
Through collaborative effort, we honed in on a logotype reminiscent of 1970s movie posters that takes inspiration from the movement of traditional film reels. Rooted in traditional black and white, the broader brand incorporates color through the exclusive use of photography and authentic film burn overlays.
